I have downloaded the framework toolkit and have tested the IMX port and everything seems to be working. Where do I get the source for the Netduino so I can make custom changes and is there a procedure for doing that?

Hi William,
Source code (Apache 2.0 open source license):
http://www.netduino.com/downloads/
We're also working on posting it at http://netduino.codeplex.com
Awesome that you're up and running with the porting kit. What kind of changes are you thinking of making?

You get the source from the "Download" on this site.
The procedure is something like:
- Download Microsoft PK
- Download Netduino source
- Copy Netduino source into PK
- setenv to your compiler
- Compile
- Pray
- Flash TinyBooter with Atmel SAM-BA
- Flash TinyCLR with MFDeploy
- Done
Was that what you were asking for? (Or do you seek a procedure for commiting into the trunk etc.?)
EDIT: Ah, Chris posted before me.
Which board did you use for your IMX port?
