Is there any plan or schedule for a NETMF 4.4 release?

A faster single stepping and Watch update will make it a million times more fun to work with the Netduino.

"In addition, there are improvements in the debugging and deployment functionality and stability. For example, single stepping and updating the Watch window now takes a fraction of the previous time."

Hey Fredde,

Yup, all Netduino gen2 boards will be getting upgraded 4.4 firmware. [If some community members want to pitch inand create a managed networking driver for Netduino Plus 1, we can probably also upgrade that board to 4.4 using Netduino.IP.]

It's still in a pre-beta-ish phase, but we've been working closely with Redmond on it. Lots of good stuff to come with 4.4 (both SDK and firmware).
