Hello!

Today I picked up from Tinkesphere, these two items:

http://tinkersphere....led-module.html

and

http://tinkersphere....compatible.html

The site shows both as being for the Arduino and the RasPi devices. Not surprisingly when I mentioned that the OLED module resembled a device also sold by Adafruit, the clerk simply offered a smile and didn't say anything. I wasn't intending to argue that point. But for the bluetooth module, I came across this blog entry for the device in question:

http://channel9.msdn...-how-easy-it-is

It originated here:

http://blogs.msdn.co...oframework.aspx

If I am incorrect regarding the similarity between the Tinkersphere one and the one from Adafruit please confirm that. If am indeed correct please do the same.

As for the Bluetooth Module, I find it interesting that the first one shown is that blog. There are others, the most interesting comes from this forum.

Comments please folks, no arguments.

Update: (Not an edit to above.)

The code presented in the original blog does work, but Visual Studio seems to be having issues with deployment to the Netduino the second time around. Suggestions please as to why VS is complaining or having issues in general.

However I find that once the code is delivered to the device, its not necessary to keep the device connected and VS open. Then it becomes necessary to move the device to external power and make sure that the computer has maintained the serial ports that the Bluetooth device has told it about during the usual steps to make Bluetooth available to the computer via the necessary steps that Windows uses.
