A quick note:

This week the NETMF team has officially taken the beta tag off of the NETMF 4.3.1 R2 SDK.

You can download it here:
http://netmf.codeplex.com/

Of course the latest Netduino 4.3 SDK is already designed to work with the official 4.3.1 R2 SDK release. :)

One point of clarification... 4.3.1 R2 is an SDK-only release: there are no corresponding updates to core NETMF firmware. The new SDK is a set of improvements to the Visual Studio side of things...not changes to the NETMF core itself.

As Netduino.IP comes out of technical preview, we'll move into the Netduino 4.3.2 beta program. We expect to pair that new firmware exclusively with the NETMF 4.3.1 R2 SDK.

If you run into any troubles using the NETMF 4.3.1 R2 SDK with Netduino gen2 hardware (using the latest Netduino 4.3.x firmware), please let me know!

Enjoy the new bits,

Chris

Well I'm looking for help(still) with my GLCD and have had problems on the newer hardware and framework. Maybe I might give 4.3 a try but only if it has relieble universal support so I don't need to port code.

Hi Andrew,

The NETMF 4.31 QFE1 PK is the latest platform (porting) kit release. 4.3 QFE1 R2 is just an SDK refresh.

You can grab the porting kit at netmf.codeplex.com.

Chris
