Data Logging with a Netduino Plus 2.

The Dutch 'Smart' electricity meter is equipped with a P1 port that, if triggered, delivers a message every 10 seconds with information on consumed electricity (kWh), delivered electricity (kWh), current usage (kW), current delivery (kW), which tariff is being used and, if a 'Smart' gas meter is connected, gas meter measure (m3).

Also a kWh meter for for example PV logging can be connected via a S0 connection and logged to PVOutput.org and other logging sites. Any other device with a S0 port can be connected.

You can switch devices on and off via a relais.

There is much more in this program, just download and start reading in the manual and on the wiki pages that are delivered with the Web Pages part.

In the Windows Phone Store you will find an App that connects to the Netduino Plus 2 and that is able to read data from PVOutput.org

The creator has an alias: "Willie Wortel" and he has written all of the code so a big applause to him for creating such a great program! The alias Willie Wortel is a very good alias if you can create a project like this :)

You can find all of it at http://dalue.codeplex.com.

Have fun with it!

Are you not so handy?,...It is very simple to start with the pre-fab board from sateetje, it only cost a few dollars.

all together:

You can see all your output on your Phone App:

Most of the settings can set default OR:

You can program you Phone app and Netduino dynamicly with the added web pages special designed for the Netduino.

WITHOUT any knowledge of programming!, just deploy the HEX file (or program with VS Express) to your Netduino will do.

With a add-in Help on every level, a hobby must be fun.

You can send pre-defined commando's over the Internet to your netduino to listen or to do (switches etc);

(you can even program the content of the Phone buttons with your own language/usage)

To connect the hardware, there are tons of images included to help you.

Or go to the forum and ask, in any language (we have Google Translate  )

There is to many to play with in this program. When we display all the possibilities than Chris Walker wil get angry :D .

You guys rock :)

BTW, it looks like the video isn't viewable by those of us in the USA? ;(

I had to change the music content that is in the background of the video (not allowed in USA).
But here is the video for the American people who live in the land of freedom and 1001 possibilities :D

the new video.
