I was wondering a NM2 was under development yet.

Do you think it'll support built-in micro-USB? Will it be STM32 or Atmel?

Hi David,

Nothing to announce today.  We do have a NETMF port for STM32F401 which we're using on some of our IoT maker gear, but it didn't quite meet our requirements for a "Netduino Mini" style MCU.  We are keeping the little guy in mind though; Netduino Mini is pretty awesome for miniature projects.

Chris

Thank you Chris! Yes, I agree the mini is great for embedded projects. The AGENT smartwatch inspires me to use a NetMini.

The thing that actually attracted me to the AGENT that it runs .NET so it is great for my Windows Phone.

We've developed NetMF application using the Netduino Plus 2 board, but want to deploy production kit using the Mini - better form factor, lower power consumption etc.

I'd give my back teeth for a Netduino Mini 2. Any news? A bit more storage would be useful, and micro-USB essential.

Nothing to announce today, kiwi65 :)

We haven't forgotten about the request. While we don't make kind-of-cool-but-sort-of-mediocre products just for the sake of shipping something, we do have something cooking in the lab.
