I want to generate low frequency PWM and it seems to be only possible using 32-bit pin, which is D10 only on netduino 2. Is it possible to make others 32 bit as well ? or should I need to buy something ?

Only timer2 and timer5 are 32bit

What do you mean by a low freq?

Microsoft.SPOT.Hardware.PWM.Frequency

Try setting it lower than 15Hz, It wont work except Pin D10.
