The Netduino model 1 (and probably the model 2) are powered via the USB port during development. However there is a barrel style connector on it to the right of the USB one. I've powered it via 5.5 volts, (4x1.5 v AA cells) However for this latest design I'm planning on using a pair of LiPo battery packs.
They are a pair of Polymer Lithium Ion Batteries at 1000mAh https://www.sparkfun.com/products/339 who produce 3.7 volts during a normal operation.
And they have their own charger attached https://www.sparkfun.../products/10217 .
Does the board have its own regulator for being powered between 7 and 9 volts via the barrel connector?
