I have an Arduino uno and I need it to be putting out a frequency of 471.25 MHz and 475.5 MHz for my tv station, but I have no way to measure the frequency being outputted of the Arduino. And if you are going to say I should really just get a modulator, well you are correct but being 13 with no job or allowance I have been building my own, but need the Arduino to output the needed frequency. Also it would be greatly appreciated if you could include a formula or tool that would allow me to measure or calculate the frequency.

 Thank you for your time.
