Hi!

 

Are the analog inputs 0-3.3 or 0-5 volt? I assume they max out at 3.3 but are tolerant to 5 volts?

The analog inputs are *NOT* 5V-tolerant. You should avoid to take the voltage above Vref, which is +3.3V, and below the ground.
