Hi,
Can anyone make any recommendations on peripherals such as screens and wifi that work with the above?
I've got one on order and would like any input.
Thanks
John

We are currently waiting on the release of new modules for the Netduino Go. If there is a WiFi adapter or any other functional modules released in the short future is completely unknown.
Chris has stated that there are modules coming this year but NO actual release plan or Beta date is known.
So this is also addressed to Chris, is there any news on release and availability of new GO gear.
Chris please read your PM's please.
Good luck John with your new Hardware and welcome to our Netduino community Van SchOten Ict Diensten en Services #3Posted 10 May 2014 - 01:12 PM Looking at my initial post. what current options are there for the Go for screen? What about using the backplane other modules/adaptors to use other modules functionality? #4Posted 11 May 2014 - 08:12 PM Hi John you can use the Shieldbase for adding additional shields.
For now only 1 Shieldbase is possible we are waiting for updates from SL if any.
Cheers Olaf Van SchOten Ict Diensten en Services #5Posted 12 May 2014 - 02:59 PM I am new to this; what can I use with a Shieldbase? Just waiting on my Go to arrive.. Is it possible for the Go to use wifi? Or is this waiting the module? #6Posted 13 May 2014 - 03:47 AM
Hi John,
Shield Base is designed to work with Arduino shields (like the traditional Netduinos use). You can also connect components (LEDs, motor control circuits, analog sensors, etc.) directly to the pins on Shield Base. There's no solution for Wifi today, although we are looking at options. That may come in the form of a shield you can plug into Shield Base. Chris 0 user(s) are reading this topic0 members, 0 guests, 0 anonymous users | ||||||||||||||
