Disregard my previous post. I installed as I wrote and it works. Sorry.

I'm new to Netduino and just received my new Netduino Plus 2, but I am seeing an error with VS2013 when I try to create a new project using the Netduino Plus 2 application template:
There is a missing project subtype
Subtype: '{b69e3092-b931-443c-abe7-7e7b65f2a37f}' is unsupported by this installation
I have the following installed:
VS2013 Update 3
Microsoft .Net MF SDK 4.3 (SDK-R2-Beta)
Netduino SDK v4.3.1 (February 2014)
As an FYI: I originally tried it with VS2010 and it works fine, but I'd really like to get this working in 2013 to use all the latest stuff related to Azure ISS.
Thanks,
Chris

The NETMF 4.3 R2 SDK may support VS2013 Community Edition, but we haven't tested that scenario quite yet. If it doesn't work for you (running the NETMF 4.3 R2 Beta SDK installer and then the VS2013 VSIX), let me know and I'll ping the .NET MF team at Microsoft again on this.will this work with the just-released visual studio 2013 "community edition" which is supposed to be a free version of pro??!?

Hello everyone,
I've a problem with the latest firmware. I upgrated mi Netduino plus 2 with the new 4.3.1 MF. I completed the upgrade successfully, but when i try to run my application, the VS2013 reboot the netduino because it's not in debug mode. From this moment my Netduino turns in DFU mode and remains in this way even if i reset it ( by button and by power off).
I tried all the methods i finded in this forum, i installed all the updats i finded ... but it doesn't work.
But ... magically .... if i reinstall the 4.2.1 MF, my Netduino begin to work normally.
Can you help me ?
Thank you

Hi guys,
Does netduino SDK rely on .net mf 4.2?
I've installed .net mf 4.3 beta and only 4.3 target. Then installed netdiono sdk 4.3.1 and I am getting this error when creating a new netduino project (in VS2013):
"The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\.NET Micro Framework\v4.2\CSharp.Targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk"
UPDATE: If I install 4.2 target as well it works. So, is this by design?

Nevermind, I see now that netduino "the original" is stuck at 4.2. It makes sense now.

Hi
My board is 4.3.0
I made a reinstall of sdk and it now is 4.3.1.
How can I compile using sdk 4.3.1 to my board using 4.3.0 ???
I can't deploy because 'mscorlib' on board is diffferent, and at project creation there is only 4.2 or 4.3 to select
Thanks
