Is it possible to power a Netduino Mini using the 5V header on the Netduino? I've a project that requires both and this would make it nice and tidy if possible.

yes its possible, but keep in mind the netduino cant supply unlimited power. read the datasheet for more information (i think its around 500-800ma, depends on the voltage you put in)
also, if you power it from usb, usb (2.0) can only supply 500ma max

It'll be from a power pack, I'll be sure to measure the load to confirm all is well. Thanks for he response.

To add to what NooM said, the Netduino's MCU will also be consuming power. If you're just powering the Netduino Mini it's not an issue. But if you were wanting to power a bunch of other components too...you may be better off adding an external power regulator.
BTW...we occasionally power Netduinos with other Netduinos here sometimes too
