serial.write(b,0,b.Lenght);
the .Net MF route the write request to a COM port on my PC?
I need to do this because I don't own a real NetDuino device at moment.

Is there a way to map a NetDuino Serial Port to a PC serial port, so when I call:
serial.write(b,0,b.Lenght); the .Net MF route the write request to a COM port on my PC? I need to do this because I don't own a real NetDuino device at moment. #2Posted 23 May 2012 - 11:31 AM
Why the emulator should not fit the requirement?
Biggest fault of Netduino? It runs by electricity.

Ciao Mario. Probably the emulator is able to do this, but I can't find a way to make it happen.. #4Posted 24 May 2012 - 03:13 PM
To add to the original poster's question -- isn't MFDeploy communicating debug information over USB via a serial interface? What method are they using to access it?
I read in another post that there are two USARTS available on the Netduino but one is always used for debugging. From the spec page:
Is one of these bridged to USB?
