serial.write(b,0,b.Lenght);
the .Net MF route the write request to a COM port on my PC?
I need to do this because I don't own a real NetDuino device at moment.

Is there a way to map a NetDuino Serial Port to a PC serial port, so when I call:
serial.write(b,0,b.Lenght); the .Net MF route the write request to a COM port on my PC? I need to do this because I don't own a real NetDuino device at moment.

Why the emulator should not fit the requirement?
Biggest fault of Netduino? It runs by electricity.

Ciao Mario. Probably the emulator is able to do this, but I can't find a way to make it happen..

To add to the original poster's question -- isn't MFDeploy communicating debug information over USB via a serial interface? What method are they using to access it?
I read in another post that there are two USARTS available on the Netduino but one is always used for debugging. From the spec page:
Is one of these bridged to USB?
