Hi,
I have a managed to get a Parallax RFID reader working with the Netduino and also have managed to get a serial shield working too. However I can only get them working separately using COM 1.
Can someone please help me wire both bits onto the Netduino? How do I go about using COM1 and COM2 (i.e. which pins represent COM2).
Thanks
How to use COM1 and COM2 together

Hi WahidM,
This has been explained in http://www.netduino....uino/specs.htm:
● digital pins 0-1: UART 1 RX, TX
● digital pins 2-3: UART 2 RX, TX
So for COM2, you should put the wire that's currently in pin 0, to pin 2, and pin 1 to pin 3.

Basically what you are looking for is this:
digital pins 0-1: UART 1 RX, TX (COM 1)
digital pins 2-3: UART 2 RX, TX (COM 2)
