Hi Artem,
If you have an Atmel SAM7X512 ARM7 chip, you can load the Netduino firmware onto it.
If you want to use another microcontroller that's not supported by .NET Micro Framework already, you'll need to "port" it. The base microcontroller language is consistent across most ARM microcontrollers--but the way that internal features like serial ports work is not.

Well, I have found this board:
# KIT, MBED PROTOTYPING BOARD, LPC2368
# Silicon Manufacturer:NXP
# Core Architecture:ARM
# Core Sub-Architecture:ARM7
# Silicon Core Number:LPC2368
# Silicon Family Name:LPC236x
# Kit Contents:Board
# Features:Programmed via USB, Ethernet, USB Slave
# SVHC:No SVHC (18-Jun-2010)
# Development Tool Type:Prototyping Module
# Kit Features:Programmed via USB, 60MHz ARM, 32KB RAM, 512KB Flash
# MCU Supported Families:LPC2368
# Supported Devices:LPC2368
and was thinking if it would be possible to install the Netduino firmware or just the net mf clr onto-to? What do you think?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, .NET Micro Framework needs a microcontroller with at least 64KB of RAM.
Have you looked into using the Netduino Mini? It's a smaller, lower-cost board--not sure how many GPIOs and features you're looking for.
