I have looked in several places not found any with what I need. I need a webserver that I have an EventHandler method, when I make any request, it will call this method. I'm putting below an example of how I need to be this webserver, if someone can help me. I might even reward for it.

Look at this site and see the first code example. I need it to be that way.

Did you use a router or hub to connect it to the pc. I want to do similar but I think I need a service like DynDNS to setup the IP address. any Ideas? is yours on the internet online?
