Frank #2Posted 19 October 2014 - 07:51 AM It looks like it runs a custom command set so the drivers already written aren't likely to work. There is serial driver for the display written for the GHI hardware that should be fairly easy to port here. Obviously that doesn't get you I2C but it would at least get it going although it'd still take some porting work to remove all the GHI library requirements.
Failing that if an Arduino driver is available you could try porting it directly #3Posted 19 October 2014 - 06:04 PM i don't think i will have a problem with the code but more with the hardware connection.
I think I2C is not working, is there a simple way to test it ? #4Posted 20 October 2014 - 12:52 AM 'Simple' is an subjective term. I hook up a saleae logic analyser and I quickly know if it is failing hardware, my code (99.99999%).
So to answer your question, yes very simple way to test it. The only other way is to take code and a device you know that already works, and try that.
The third way is to find someone who has either of the first 2 ways.
If none of these are available to you, then no, there is no simple way. #5Posted 20 October 2014 - 07:00 AM Thats why i need someone to help me. I do not have working code or a logic analyzer. 0 user(s) are reading this topic0 members, 0 guests, 0 anonymous users | ||||||||||||||
