not exactly so popular on embedded labs just 9 projects compared with 80 arduino projects
PIC projects 83
and so on .
after searching its not included in uecide at all whereas many other boards are
its a dead end board

like many board makers they issue the hardware without a thought for documentation and IDE and toolchain not everybody has the time to spend learning all the intricacies as theyre hobbyists not full time gurus using C all day .they need an arudino type ide with examples to get them up and running.
the guy in charge of uecide plans to include STM32F4DISCOVERY and then add netduino later

It was given thought, and that scenario was not included. Netduino targets .Net developers. You aren't one of those? It was not intended for you, move along.
Although it is not very hard for a beginner to pick up one of the best of all time languages with a zillion samples on the internet. Some are just too smart for that.
Thinking you can just add .Net support into an IDE designed for non .Net is exposing how little you really understand the technology. I suggest he integrates JAVA first.

UECIDE seems like a nice toolset for Arduino. But Visual Studio is one of the best IDEs out there, period.
